2014 Echo Red 2 Red XC Mountain Bike Race

The 2014 race season is upon us!

Welcome to our 6th year. In 2009, we started with 175 racers. In 2013, there were 548 racers registered. We would not be surprised if we grow to over 600! The Sunday Poker Ride was added in 2012.

We are the first mountain bike (MTB) event of 2013, an Oregon Bicycle Racing Association (OBRA) sanctioned race, and the largest one-day MTB race in the Pacific NW. The race showcases the unique Eastern Oregon desert terrain and MTB trail system near historic Echo, Oregon. The course is 70% single track and starts on the corner of Main and Dupont streets in historic Echo, Oregon.
