Welcome to the 8th Annual Echo Red 2 Red Cross Country Mountain Bike Race on Saturday, March 5th.

Riders begin and finish in historic downtown Echo, with Elite, Cat 1 and Singlespeed riders getting over 20 miles of singletrack. Elite/Cat 1/SS rides approximately 32 miles, Cat 2/3 rides 25 miles, and our junior and beginner course runs close to 13 miles. This race is achievable by all ages and skill levels.

The Echo Red 2 Red Poker 7.5K Trail Run is Sunday, March 6th, at 8:00am, and the Poker Ride follows at 10:15am. There will be separate pots for Riders and Runners and $5 from every entrance fee will be put in their respective pots, then divided to the top five poker hands. Participants must pre-register for this event, and those entered in both Saturday’s and Sunday’s events will automatically receive a second entry for the Rolf Prima wheelset. Breakfast burritos by the Echo Masonic Lodge are included free with pre-registration for the Poker Ride & Run, are available by 9:30am on Poker Day (and after the event if you wish to eat after your run/ride) and proceeds benefit their Bikes for Books program.
