This is the most local XC Race on the OBRA schedule to the PDX/SW WA area!! Only 45 minutes from Downtown Portland, and only 15 minutes from Camas!
Come out and race for our future of mountain biking, $10 from every adult entry goes to Student Mountain Bike Programs(NICA). Come discover the XC course at the motocross track which is a mix of service roads, flowy single track, punchy climbs and high speed descents. Expect ride on part of the famed motocross track! Want something close? Then this is the race for you!! Very spectator friendly with lap format and great views from start/finish/staging area!
Race for the future is proud to be a part of the Oregon XC series and the championship race for the OBRA Junior MTB Series
JUNIORS WILL HAVE THEIR OWN HEAT WITH NO ADULTS RACING AT SAME TIME!
Free camping if you wish to arrive the day before! We will be up there putting on a nice bonfire and fireside social Friday night!
Free post ride meal compliments of Camas Feast 316 and a beer provided by Mill City Brew Werks to pre-registered racers! (juice/lemonade for Juniors from Hungry’s Bakery)
Medals will be given out to top 3 in each catagory! Prizes 3 deep for all junior catagories, No prizes or cash for adult winners, but there will be a healthy prize raffle at end of race from our generous Sponsors including Beaverton Audi, The Lumberyard, Specialized, Norco, Saris, Cycleops, Tifosi, Sram, Dumonde Tech and more!
