NW Cup Rnd 5 & 8 Camping Information

ATTENTION RIDERS / OVERNIGHT CAMPERS. For round 5 and 8 at Stevens pass bike park.

Red: You will notice I have circled in red the electrical plug in area we have all typically camped in over the years. Do to a policy change, you must call and reserve spots to park / camp in this area. We are understanding it is $20 a night and 50%+ of the spots are already reserved. So if you plan on parking there please call and reserve your spot ASAP.

Blue: Blue area is for day parking. For cars / trucks only. No overnight camping. This hasn’t changed at all from previous years.

Green: The green areas circled are where you can camp overnight free of charge. These areas don’t have any sort of utility. At least that we are aloud to use. But you’ll be able to park / overnight stay for free according to Stevens pass staff. So if you want to go that route, remember your generators.

The AOR team and Ervin family are planning to park at the far left lot as seen in the picture. This area is super rv / big rig friendly. And is relatively quiet from the highway noise. Just to give you a idea where people are going to be at. There is also a walking bridge to take you over to the lodge as you can see in the picture.

Hope to see you all at round 5 in a couple weeks!

If you have any questions. Feel free to send us a message and we can get back to you ASAP.

Thanks!
NWCup staff!

Update Thursday July 12th, 2018 4:49pm

Attention overnight campers. Do to last minute policy changes. We need to inform you all x’d out areas are not open to overnight camping.

If you haven’t reserved a spot on the rv hook up area (circled in red) you must camp on the left side of E lot and the E overflow parking lot. Both circled in green with out X marks. Parking is extremely limited so please call the Stevens pass resort. If you have any questions or concern. This issue is out of our hands unfortunately.
