2019 NW Cup #4 / Pro GRT Finals: Technical Guide

The bike race combines the NW Cup (the best downhill bike series in the Pacific Northwest) and the Pro GRT (a national event sanctioned by USA Cycling). What does that mean? It means this race is is the biggest and baddest downhill race event Idaho will see this summer.

The resort will see over hundreds of the best downhill racers in the country all testing their mettle on Tamarack’s most burly trails.

Ticket / Season Pass – A three-day ticket for racers will be available for on the day of the event (price TBD). But, you can purchase a season pass as well. The pass can be used during the race. Plus, it can be used all summer long at Tamarack, and it comes with 2 free tickets to Silver Mountain Bike Park in Kellogg, ID.

Bike Park – The bike park is open to the public on Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15. The bike park is closed for racers only on Sunday, June 16.

Camping – There are 400 camp sites on Lake Cascade and within Lake Cascade State Park, just steps from the entrance to Tamarack. Camp sites can be reserved here. For anyone camping, these are highly recommended… but they sellout, so don’t wait. Reserve them now.

Dining – Seven Devils restaurant is open Thursday from 4pm to close, Friday from 11am to close, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to close. Plus, Hot Shots Cafe is open in the sports dome daily at 9am for coffee and quick serve options.
