Successes, setbacks, injury and some good ol’ Irish humble pie, Greg Callaghan is back ON TRACK in episode three. With two challenging rounds behind him, an injured Greg sets off to Maderia, as the third round of the Enduro World Series gets underway.

Having won here in 2017, Greg can only look on and support fellow racers Sam Hill, Curtis Keene, Isabeau Courdurier, Miranda Miller, Remi Gauvin, Yoann Barelli and Martin Maes as they go head-to-head on the dusty loam of the Portuguese trails.

Recovered from injury, Greg Callaghan is back between the race tapes just in time for the 4th round of the EWS in Val Di Fassa, Italy.

Joining him is Richie Rude who returns to racing after an 8-month competitive ban, just as the multi-talented master of trails, Martin Maes begins his 90-day race ban. The world’s best Enduro MTB riders look at the consequences of taking time out from competition, their race winning edge and the mental + physical strength required to be one of the best mountain bikers.

The path to becoming a sponsored rider isn’t paved in gold. It often requires self-funding, travelling on a shoe-string, living in a van and a bucket load of determination. That’s a privateer’s way of life and for many professional racers, like Greg Callaghan, this is exactly where their careers started out.

It’s been an action-packed summer for the Enduro World Series and racers headed to the French Alps, known to mountain bikers as the Field of Dreams for round 5 of the EWS 2019. There was less than a second in it between the stage winner Ed Masters and Richie Rude in France, further fuelling their head-to-head battle as they went into round 6 in Whistler, Canada.
