The Salem Area Trail Alliance (SATA) is a grassroots organization that seeks to design, build and maintain nearby non-motorized trails for health enhancing recreational opportunities while preserving and improving our local green spaces. One of our most ambitious and exciting projects has been the development of a trail facility and bike park in Salem, Oregon nestled in at the north end of Wallace Marine Park. We’ve been working through the planning phase with the City of Salem for the past three years and its time to move forward.
