Day One

Race #5 kicks off Halloween Cross Crusade weekend in Bend!
The theme for the weekend is COSTUMES…a Cyclocross Crusade Tradition! The official costume race is Sunday, but costumes on Saturday are welcome, too.

Costume judging will take place on Sunday. Prizes for best individual & team costumes. Note: a Borat suit or tutu is not a costume. Don’t come in last year’s costume—you will win only heckles. And keep it PG please…

* Pre-ride and team tent setup will be on Friday at 4:00 PM.

*Junior Cyclocross Series
Deschutes Brewery Day 1 is the fifth race in the OBRA Junior Cyclocross Series. More info can be found here.

*Parking is near SW Shevlin Hixon Drive and SW Columbia Street in Bend. Please obey all “no parking” signs, even when unloading

*Crusade XC will take place at 4:30 on Saturday. It is the final running race of the series. Costumes encouraged!! More info about the run can be found at http://www.crosscrusade.com/crusade-xc/.

It’s the official costume race day!

Costumes are not required but highly encouraged. Prizes will be awarded for best individual and team costumes. Get creative! Have fun!
